1 אוניברסיטת תל-אביב הפקולטה לרפואה ע"ש סאקלר למקצועות הבריאות החוג לסיעוד תכנית המוסמך מס' קורס: קורס הנחיית קבוצות קצרות מועד תשע"ה שו"ת, 3 ש"ס מועד הקורס: מרצה 0 שעות קבלה 0 סמסטר ב', יום ג', ::210-::210 מרגלית דרורי דואר אלקטרוני 0 m.drory@cancer.org.il לפי תיאום מראש רציונל: הפעלת קבוצות לחולים ובני משפחה במסגרת אישפוזית מהוה את אחד המענים לקשיים הנובעים מאשפוז קצר, מידע חדש ומורכב ותגובות רגשיות סוערות. מטרות הקורס: למידה של מושגים בסיסיים בנושא עבודה קבוצתית והנחיית קבוצות. 2. רכישת מיומנויות מגוונות בהתערבות הקבוצתית. 1. רכישת מיומנות הנחיה להתערבות קבוצתית קצרת מועד. 3. שיטות הוראה: הרצאות וסימולציות נושאי השיעורים: חלק א' תיאוריה ויישום חלק ב' הרצאות ודיונים במושגים כלליים בנושא עבודה קבוצתית. יישום התאוריה ולמידה התנסותית של הכלי הקבוצתי. פרקטיקום מודרך הפעלת קבוצות ע"י משתתפי הקורס במהלך הפרקטיקום. הדרכה למנחי הקבוצות.

2 תכני החלק התאורטי ויישומו עבודה קבוצתית מהי? מאפייני הקבוצה ושלבים בהתפתחות הקבוצה. סוגי קבוצה ומודלים שונים של קבוצות. יחידת ההנחיה. טכניקות, מיומנויות ותפקידים בקבוצה. הכנה לפרקטיקום. פרקטיקום מודרך המונחים יפעילו מגוון רחב של סוגי קבוצות 0 קבוצות לחולים. קבוצות לבני משפחה. קבוצות לצוותים. קבוצות לעובדים פרה-רפואיים. המשתלמים ינחו קבוצה במשך 1 פגישות. ההנחיה תעשה בזוגות. דרישות הקורס: השתתפות פעילה בכל הקורס. 2. על כל המשתתפים להפעיל קבוצות. 1. קריאת חומר תיאורטי לאורך הקורס. 3. עבודה מסכמת על הנחיית קבוצות. 4. ציון עבודה מסכמת סימולציות 51% 21% - - סטודנט המעוניין לקבל את עבודתו בחזרה, באחריותו לצרף לעבודה מעטפה מבוילת עם כתובת עדכנית. במידה ולא תצורף מעטפה, העבודה תשמר בחוג למשך חודש ימים ממועד פרסום הציון. ספרות חובה: אין.

Goals of the course: 1. Learning basic concepts on the subject of working with groups and facilitating groups. 2. Acquiring a variety of skills in group intervention. 3. Acquiring skills for facilitating short-term group interventions. Teaching methods: Lectures and simulations Course topics: Part I Theory and application Lectures and discussion on general concepts relating to working with groups. Applying the theory and hands-on learning of the group tool. Running groups by course participants during the practicum. Training for group facilitators. What is group work? Group characteristics and stages in developing the group Types of groups and different models of groups Facilitation unit Techniques, skills and roles in a group Preparation for the practicum Groups for patients Groups for families Part II Guided practicum Topics for the theoretical and practical part of the course Guided practicum The students will run a variety of types of groups:

4 Groups for staff members Groups for para-medical staff Students will facilitate a groups for a period of 5 sessions. Facilitation will be carried out in pairs. 1. Active participation during the entire course 2. All participants must facilitate groups 3. Reading of theoretical material throughout the course 4.
